Some users have been experiencing connection issues since yesterday afternoon (June 29th).

A pop-up window inviting you to migrate your account to the Immortal Soul App has also been displayed following the issue. - The issue has been fixed.

Other issues leading to the impossibility to enter the game, long waiting time to enter a match, or the impossibility to enter the Battle Server may also happen occasionally at the moment.

The issue seems to be related to the website IP STACK that we use to check the region of the users' IP, which does not seem to work properly at the moment.

We are doing our best to fix the issue as soon as we can, and will keep you informed. We will also keep you posted on a compensation reward.
