If you can't download Black Survival app, check your operating system and follow the instructions below.
Android
1. You may not be able to download when there is not enough device storage space left. Game size is around 400 mb, but to download and unzip, it requires around 700 mb ~ 1gb of storage space available. Please check your available storage space.
2. If you have limited data usage, go to 'Device Settings - Network - Limit mobile data usage' and untick the option.
3. If you have 'Limit background data usage' turned on, go to 'Device Settings - Network' and untick limit background data option for Black Survival and Google Play Service.
iOS
If you receive notification - Unable to Download App "Black Survival" could not be downloaded at this time.
Switch between Wifi - Cellular Data and retry download or reboot your device and try again.
