By clicking the character tab button, accessible at the bottom of the lobby, you can see each character's Research Journal.

Research Journals can be unlocked by completing the corresponding quests.

Some quests are very easy, and some of them would require more time to clear, which would allow you to unlock more lore over time! How fun is that?

By the way, Research Journals' quests can only be cleared by playing rank and normal matches.
